A certified Spanish instructor and native speaker with an MEd. in Online Learning & Curriculum, I bring over 24 years of teaching expertise to the program. For 16 of those years, I taught IB Spanish and Immersion classes in public schools.

Is this program right for my family if I don't speak Spanish? 

Absolutely! Our curriculum is designed for parents who do not know Spanish or know Spanish but are struggling to help their children learn and speak Spanish at home. You'll receive step-by-step guides, video lessons, and clear instructions to confidently guide your children's learning.


How much time should we dedicate to Spanish each week? 

We recommend (30-15 minutes) 5-3 times per week for elementary students and (1.5 hours-1 hour) 4-5 times for high school courses. However, our flexible program allows you to adjust the pace to fit your family's schedule.


Will this program fulfill high school foreign language requirements? 

Yes! Our Spanish 1, 2, and 3 courses are designed to meet standard high school foreign language requirements. Each course includes grading rubrics and progress tracking to document your teen's learning. Our goal is to help you teen have a grade at the end of each course plus a wonderful learning experience along the way. 


How is the curriculum structured? 

The elementary program is organized by topics. The Middle-High school courses systematically develop all language skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) by 6 modules 33 weeks. It has clear learning objectives and assessments for each module.  


Can multiple teen use the same course? 

It depends. If you have 2 teens doing the SAME course, only one can take the multiple choice Module test. However, we also provide PDF of all tests. If you wish each teen to have their own course please contact us [email protected] for sibling discount to purchase an extra course.


Can multiple children use the elementary curriculum? 

Yes, the curriculum can be used by multiple children. We recommend parents adjust the pace and activities based on the age and kids readiness.


What technology will my teen use?

Google Drive: Google Docs, Google slides. In addition Quizlet and Kahoot learning tools. 


What kind of support do we receive?

What age is appropriate to start the elementary program? 

The elementary program is adaptable for K-6th grade students, with activities that can be modified for different ages and skill levels.


What grade is appropriate to start Spanish 1? 

We recommend 8th grade. However if you have a 7th grader that is ready to meet deadlines and have built study skills the course will be appropriate.


How do I track my teen's progress?

Each course includes clear learning objectives, pacing guides with checks, points, guided activities with answers and assessments. 


What happens if we need to take a break? 

Your yearly membership gives you continuous access to all materials, allowing you to pause and resume as needed while maintaining access to all resources. You can cancel the membership when you are done with the curriculum.
